Educational Resources

EKU strives to support our educators in their commitment to ongoing learning. EKU hosts an annual Research Day event in order to provide continued education to our educators, access to research to support evidence based practice, and opportunities to ensure that our educators have a thorough knowledge of our program. Below are links to a variety of educational resources that may be beneficial to clinicians.

  • Below is a link to continuing education opportunities offered through AOTA

  • The Journal of Occupational Therapy Education is an open access resource with multiple peer reviewed articles on fieldwork education.

  • The majority of our fieldwork sites our located in Kentucky. For our educators in the state of Kentucky, the Kentucky Occupational Therapy Association is an excellent resource for low cost continuing education opportunities, advocacy, and networking.
