Level I Fieldwork Resources

EKU Occupational Therapy students currently complete three level I fieldwork rotations which aligns with the course curriculum. Level I fieldworks include a focus on physical disabilities, community-based settings, and school based settings. EKU partners with many community organizations in order to provide our students with a variety of level I fieldwork experiences. We are grateful for all of our community partners and fieldwork educators. Below you will find links to a variety of resources that will assist our educators in providing the highest level of supervision for our students.

Level I faculty educators who are not EKU faculty are required to read and sign a document acknowledging their ability to host a Level I fieldwork student in alignment with our departmental curriculum. This document will be provided to fieldwork educators prior to a student beginning the Level I fieldwork experience, and students will be unable to begin their Level I experience until the document is received by the fieldwork department.
